Creating and/or Editing Blueprints

We need to be able to select the base point of a blueprint when creating them.
It would make life much simpler if you could select the base point during creation of a blueprint rather than having it set to some random block depending on the blueprint shape and then have to fight with a large blueprint because you can't see the edges due to the size.
I would also like to see the ability to edit a blueprint and save it with a different name or replace the existing one with an updated version. Say for example you want all blueprints to come out a certain colour and later on need to change that colour or just change out a couple of blocks to make it fit better.
