Weapons Testing
Some of our build process considerations are if we have enough armor plating around vital systems. This can dictate build considerations and is necessary to fuel the creativity of this community.
Proposal: Keep the debug gun, give us (even SE1) damage settings for things like Gatling Gun or Assault Cannon so we can see what those relative damages will do if we stack 2 half blocks together vs using a full block. The considerations of using half blocks is that it adds to PCU. All of this is crucial for thoughts about builds and future gaming experiences. Would also be a good thing to test.
Possible: Have an Armor Amalgamation tool that will combine (given there's no difference bettween 2x Half blocks and 1x full block) any blocks into their larger counterparts upon request (an effort to reduce PCU). "Request" being necessary because I wouldn't want an automated process fusing blocks while I'm building and needing to remove 1 big to put 2 or 3 smalls back in.
