Landing gear love
Please, Please Make the stock landing gear retractable... and articulate. Incorporating similar "air shock" mechanics the tire sets currently use in SE. Current space allotment is 1 x 2 x 3. If retracted it could be 1 x 1 x 3.
This single upgrade to this meticulously crafted block would be a massive upgrade to a "basic" block! This block already has the pistons and hinge points. However this is the only block which does not utilize these features. Compared to pistons, rotors and doors. This block could also be resistant to voxel damage much like the tires. Only in 1 axis!! (detach configuration like the piston head could be incorporated for those of us a little rough on the throttle!)
The catch tho... this retraction / articulation needs to count as primary grid. (So wind turbines work.. if you wish to incorporate them in a ship / rover application. (If this is a continued mechanic in SE2))
**If nothing else, this single upgrade will make the landing gear more versatile and loved again.
