Audio tweaking: allow per-block volume sliders

Something like an expandable menu under general audio options. First have general ambient sounds or block sounds sliders, then expandable under it allow for custom tweaking of each sound in the game for the crazy people like me who want to be able to tweak absolutely everything possible. I eagerly await the day I no longer have to partition off my medical room from the rest of my ship because the beeping drives me nuts.
