Modular Building/Pasting Freedom (STOP ALWAYS SNAPPING!)

When looking at another object with blueprint pasting enabled, You are not always trying to paste it on the grid
Please add the ability to place the blueprint as a separate grid instead of pasting it on a pre existing grid
(Example, With block building you can press J to create a new grid.)
