Rotor Hinge Control from Control Seat

Allow Rotor and hinges to be connected to a control seat like the turret controller. This would allow for custom gyroscopes. If you were able to bind WASD to additional thrusters you could have something like a robot arm. For instance, AD to control base rotor; WS to control base hinge; Mouse left right for elbow rotor; Mouse up down to for elbow hinge. And just more possibilities, allowing more creativity with Rotors and Hinges from control seats has no downsides in my eyes.
