Block Plane Placement fails when releasing Shift and LMB at the same time
Solved
Initially I wanted to report that it happens randomly, but I ran more tests and now I am sure of what exactly is causing it.
Whenever I place a Plane, I release Shift and LMB. Depending on Shift release delay, one of 3 outcomes can happen.
- One frame Shift is released, next LMB -> Plane placed correctly
- One frame LMB is released, next Shift -> Line gets placed instead
- LMB and Shift released same frame -> Game visibly freezes, then places one block where I started dragging from.
Because I don't think my habit is evil, I hope it would be fixed by accepting prematurely released Shift and still placing a plane (couple miliseconds delay).

Hello Hubert D.,
Releasing LMB and Shift at the same time should now correctly place a plane of blocks now. Could you please confirm that is the case for you?
