Allowing for Bioluminescence when planet modding avaliable.

When planet modding is available for SE 2, will we be able to add glowing textures for things like lava or bioluminescent grass / trees? It'd be something I'd love to see be possible in SE 2 as the ability to make bioluminescent forests in SE 1 is very limited.
