SE2 Precision placement only works for 1 item placed.

When using precision placement only the first item placed will allow the precision grid. The CTRL button must be released and re-pressed before the precision grid shows up again. Not sure if this was intended but would be convenient for placing a lot of small objects close together but not requiring the build and drag.
