Hello Yannic,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

We're aware of brief lags during gameplay due to Autosave. Since you're experiencing a crash, could you please check if the issue is still occurring on the latest version of the game (current version is 0.12.23.34)? If it persists, kindly ensure your OS and Graphic Driver are up to date. After that, before launching the game please verify the integrity of your game files in Steam. To do this ;

  • Right-click on Space Engineers 2 in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files (wait until the process reaches 100%).

Once done, launch the game and check if the issue still occurs. If the issue persists, please provide the latest SpaceEngineers2_ and _Render12 log files, along with the CrashReport_ file from AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers2\Temp\MiniDumps.

Additionally, does the cause of the crash remain the same (having auto-save enabled)?

Kind Regards,

So i updated the game today first time since launch. Now i get the same error even with auto save turned off. I checked that my OS and Graphics drivers are Up to Date and also verifyed the game files. Still the error Persists.

I had to add a .log to the CrashReport .dmp to be able to attach the file since i get the error that its the frong file type. I hope this helps you.
