Antenna block fails to return PCU if destroyed incorrectly

Please see attached file for reproduction

Steps:

Place antenna

Destroy segments from top down

Block is destroyed correctly and returns PCU

Place next antenna

Shoot segment just above base segment

Block is destroyed, upper segment is intact, PCU is not returned even after full destruction
