New winch block

I remember in SE 1 I spent a lot of time trying to get a grappling hook design working which used a chain of mechanical joints as the rope. It would be nice if we could get a dedicated winch block in the game that allows loose attachments via a flexible cable. Players could use them for grappling hooks (attach landing gear to the end of the winch to get it to stick) but it could also be used as a delivery/pickup system (using merge blocks) and could be very useful for mobile platforms built on planet surfaces.
