Mirror-mode keeps turning off randomly when switching blocks (at random), when placing blocks the mirror turns off (also at random). Complex blueprint have troubles mirroring, seems to happen more often when using copy\cut.

having spent some time messing with this issue, it appears to mainly be that whenever you are no longer "using" the current grid, the mirror setting is lost - for anyone seeing this post, I just keep a mental note if I ever look at another grid, hit tilde (deselect all blocks/edit build mode), use inventory to get a different part, or do anything other than switching between blocks already in my hotbar, mirror mode was probably turned off
as for the random parts not building or destroying, I have seen that quite often as well, and is one of the other most frustrating things. There doesn't seem to be much reason to it that I can see; I suspect there's some odd timing thing with the mirror not building/destroying voxels at the right time, and it probably cannot be reasoned around like the mirroring quirks. Can't wait for it to be fixed!

Mirror Mode also has Problems with Using Blueprints

It also places extra blocks sometimes.
