Game detecting more monitors than exist
Evaluating
Game is detecting 15 monitors, I do have 5 with 2 graphics cards (4 outputs each) but none of these numbers add up to 15.

Do you have an integrated graphics card? If so the adapter shows DISPLAYS * GPUs so if you do, that means you would have 3 GPUs to select from with 5 monitors which means 15 choices.
