Make sure you have set your dedicated GPU to be prioritized in windows and graphics settings. It may be trying to use an integrated GPU which may not be supported. That or its a genuine bug in the game which is quite likely currently since it just released as an alpha.

I've tried to do it (prioritize), but same result.

Do you yourself at least understand what you are writing here?

Now explain where I should stop myself from playing this game, if you can explain it logically?

You as programmers must anticipate such things, this is a very elementary thing, and you are not even able to do it. That you need knowledge is a fact, because the game is not optimized even for old video cards.

I would understand if it was not optimized for a new card, but this is not the latest card that came out just a few months ago.

and because of your ignorance of basic things, the players have to suffer from your unconscious and illogical responses.

Dude it's literally the first public Alpha build, if you can't understand there will be issues you shouldn't have bought it in the first place.

Tuning and broad HW support is the last stage of development. The game is probably 2 years from GA (General Availability), so building off current reference platforms (RTX 40xx series, AMD 7x00 series, *maybe* Intel ARC 7xx) makes sense. This build is not for everyone, and at probable release time, your GPU will be 6 or 7 years old. That may never be supported.

Andrew E. Just because it's an alpha product doesn't mean it can be justified by optimizing it for old graphics cards over so many years of game production.

I would understand and justify it if it were with the nvidia 5 series, I would fully justify your statement, it is absurd.

When the board has been on the market for several years, this cannot be an excuse, in any way.

When programmers are morons and scumbags, that can no longer be an excuse.

Problems need to be solved:

1. Proper selection of personnel (good specialists in their field, not all kinds of losers working for pennies like now, or LGBT loosers)

2. A good management model that solves such problems quickly and effectively, which is based on the selection of appropriate personnel.

I can't stand it when some loser comes along and tries to justify what is inexcusable.

Andrew E. and Eddie Gonzalez: Now prove you're not an idiots?

If you don't know, you'd better shut up about it.

Out of all the toxic people I have seen on the internet you may take the cake. Instead of reporting a bug and providing relevant information you have to be condescending, rude, insulting, and vile. This is no way to behave if support and help are your goals.

You should learn a bit of patience, humility, and most of all maturity. I have a suggestion or two that might help with your experience, being a user of AMD cards myself, but with your attitude I shall refrain.

As a product manager, when I see this kind of toxic feedback, I bin it and mute it. This is about anger, not the game.

One last reply, since you ask for the "logic" of this not working. The AMD PRO series is made for and optimized for the Workstation segment, not gaming. While it may work perfectly well for many or even most games, it does not have the same physical architecture as game-oriented chipsets. The demands of CAD/modeling (FP heavy) and gaming (simple task bit pushing) are very different. This vid is a great reference for how GPUs work and what they are good for and not good for. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9Z4oGN89MU

If you don't know the difference between a server graphics card and a gaming one, don't even write an answer unless you want to make a fool of yourself.

Presenting facts is not toxicity, it's truth. If you don't like the truth, then you have no place to answer.

And if you don't want to be called a loser, maybe don't be stupid. If you call a donkey a horse, it will not become a horse, and it will not run like a horse.

If such an analogy does not reach your brain, such employees should be isolated, where then the managers will see how such idiots work for them.

Edie Gonzalez: If you think you can put Formula 1 car wheels on a tractor and it will drive like an F1 car, then you are dumber than you appear to me.

I'll give you some advice: for someone like you who has no technical or computer education, it's better not to argue with those who do.I don't understand at all what you are doing here answering.

1. Set parameters: server and home user video cards

2. Give it the same task and you'll understand why server graphics cards perform better and more efficiently than home graphics cards.

3. Compare their prices and you'll understand why you're clueless and don't understand what you're talking about.

4. If you think you can blindly believe all sorts of YouTube videos, then you're dumber than you think.

5. And now live with those facts.

6. Now I hope the information is clear why these are facts and not toxicity, because the truth is this and no other.

Before answering, look up the meaning of the word fact in the dictionary.(this applies to everyone who answers without knowing the area in which they are answering)

TRUTH is not toxicity, but FACT-based knowledge. So stop using your education to cover up toxicity.

You don't know me or my background. I don't know you either, but I can clearly tell debating with you is not worth my time, so I'll leave you to wallow in your misery, and abandon this thread. Dev won't pay attention to it either, so not worth the time or effort.

I would like you to explain the situation:

Your game works on RADEON RX VEGA 64, but not on RADEON PRO VII?

How did you manage to do this, please explain to me?

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RTX 4060, no lag, runs as a Alpha version could run.

So this cant be that you cant even start the game, this should be fixed,

Vote!

I don't like your toxic behavior, but anyway, should be fixed, voted.

So stop covering up your ignorance with toxicity.

Our folk wisdom says: silence is a good thing. (Here's to those who are hiding behind the cover of toxicity)

I have Geforce RTX 2050 Super and it runs so it must be your graphics card and processor. not all are supported in SE2, maybe it might be in the next 5 years.

is this the only game you have issues with ? and how long have you had the card, if you have a spare card you cun put to test i would do that or if you know someone you cun borrow they card to test out. if more games you struggle with. becouse it cun be your card does not run as its should. also have you checked for newest Bios drivers for your Motherboard, i know you said all drivers are up to date but many forget the bios
