[Idea] Projectile Fragmentation

It may benefit the gameplay if basic fragmentation calculations were incorporated in future weapons. It would not need to be on all weapons, but perhaps some of them. This would enhance the realistic damage/subpart destruction.

For example, a projectile damaging an armor block beyond a certain threshold may cause fragmentation projectiles on the other side, partially damaging or destroying weaker blocks. This may encourage engineers to build ships with thicker armor, or get creative on how to prevent fragmentation.
