Allow placing labels in any orientation by detaching them from functional blocks.

Can we allow labels/signs (e.g., "Oxygen," "Hydrogen," "Assembler," "Cargo Container," etc.) to be placed in any desired orientation by detaching them from functional blocks?
With the labels separated, internationalisation/localisation is also possible. All labels can share a single texture, and a different texture is loaded depending on the client's language.
