Small Ion Thrusters decoupling from Group

Built a small ship, tried to Group the thrusters together for On/Off purposes.
Thrusters would appear to Group properly, all highlighted, and the 'Grouping' Icon would change to the 'Un Grouping' icon when selected.
However, once I tried selecting the Group to power either off, or on, some thrusters would have randomly de-couple from the Grouping...
Also to note, the ability to name
the Groups is not functioning.....in case it was supposed to be....

Small Ion Thrusters should no longer detach from a Group after selecting it. Could you please confirm that is the case for you?
