Improper Loading of Save, while seated.

- Get into a non-stationary seat
- Save
- load world
- leave the seat
- shot the seat a few times
End result. Your character should start moving with the seat as if quantumly entangled.

I have reproduced this issue and reported it internally. Note that reloading the world is not necessary for the issue to occur.
Additionally I have added this thread to our internal ticket (SE2-25417).
