I can use the tab button to make the window full screen, or use F11 to do the same. But the welcome screen pop up is off my monitor so I can not press okay. Stupid over size pop up. Latest update didn't fix it.

I have 21x9 on full hd and this happens as well, but you can turn off the popup in settings .
