Vrage3 Mod Editor - crash when accessing cockpit file

Mod editor quits when trying to access cockpit file for Inspector:
Cockpit150_Client_BlockEffectsComponentDefinition_ParticleEffectDefinition.def
Error message - Application has crashed

I have reproduced the crash and reported it internally. Additionally, I have added this thread to our internal ticket (SE2-25043).
