the game freezes when I select a block

haven't tried all of them yet, but so far I've been able to select the cockpit and ion's engine

if I try to select something different in the hotbar after I've selected a blocks or if I try to get into the cockpit then it freeze and all I can do is play d empty world.

I have the same bug

this problem has been somewhat fixed in the recent update
