Intermittent freezing of keyboard / mouse controls. SE2

Keyboard and mouse input freezes at a set interval of around every 11 seconds and lasts for roughly 5-6 seconds. During the freeze of inputs the player is either not able to move or continues moving in the last trajectory for the 5-6 seconds inputs are frozen.
I have the same bug
The issue also occurs in the menus, clicking between buttons will periodically stop accepting new clicks. The mouse over responses continue to update, for instance the UI still responds when the mouse slides over a button, graphics update it responds with appropriate sound. But new clicks won't work until the pause passes and normal responsiveness occurs. The interval is about the same, every 10 - 12 seconds. This happens right from the beginning before a world is even loaded. Unfortunately for those playing with this bug it makes the game unplayable. The freezing coincides with a rather tiny spike in ethernet activity, could be coincidence but I get a slight jag in ethernet traffic every time the freeze happens. Love what you guys are doing, if there is anything else I can provide.. Logs, video of the problem please let me know. Looking forward to being able to play!

I experience the same issue, however, my timing is different. The intervals between freezing are every 5-6 seconds with the freeze lasting only half a second at most. I didn't notice any ethernet spikes. I've attempted to change the vast majority of my settings to see if the issue was specific to a setting, however, the issue is consistent despite the settings. The most major settings tested were the display settings, resolution, v-sync, fullscreen, display, even cycling through the graphics presets and attempted auto save on/off. The timing was consistent for my setup throughout changing the settings. If there is anything specific you require or want tested, I'm willing to help out.
