Steam Workshop not loading

This happened for the first time in a save I loaded a couple hours after playing. I had no issues with accessing the steam workshop blueprints earlier in the day but now the blueprints page will not load at all, it just infinitely loads. I will be trying a new save to see if that fixes it.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!
I will also add I had to force close the game with task manager as I tried to exit to menu and the game soft crashed.
