Cant complete `Engineering - Industrial Foothold` contract, new bug

Geez, I had problems with this post, I didn't know it was posted. I think my pasted image was too large, it emptied the whole content.

The contract basically evaluate the NPC grid instead of the player-built one, in the green cube. This it's too much PCU right off, and anything added is not evaluated.

same bug, can't build on NPC structure, but building in the green box does not get evaluated. I can't complete mission and as Angel said, PCU started at 2932 even when box was empty. If I build inside box, it says 2 total grids in area.

here is a video of me arriving at the site, and you see as soon as the contract switches to build, it already has 1 grid with a smelter, battery, and 2932 PCU counting towards the objective. also attached mission log if it helps.

the contract "sees" / evaluates only the base structure not the contents of the green cube. It sses the smelter in the base for example.

Most likely the bounding box of existing "Asteroid Construction Site" intersects with the building area (green box) => game sees the grid as part of building area.

Workaround: grind down the closest blocks to the green box:
