Vallis Reach - blueprints mission details missing

When doing the blueprints mission at Vallis Reach, the mission details/ instructions are not visible in the top right. See attached.
Ive tried abandoning/ restarting the mission. Same thing happens each time.

I have the same bug. I cannot ~start~ the mission after reaching the position because the blank messagebox won't allow me to do anything. I go back to the Vallis Reach but even restarting it won't change a thing.

To get around the bug, just fly the existing hoper on to the marked area for now, it will complete the mission without having to do the blueprint portion at all, which of course in itself is a bug.
