Solar panel 0 output

Solar panel don't produce any power on my ship or even a plateform i built next to it when landed on the starting planet.
When i reload my game it produces something (but not much, 332kW for 11 pannels, all full green) for a few seconds before dropping to 0.
I saw other older posts about this but it's not solved in the new version apparently.
