Interior lights stop producing illumination

All my interior lights have stopped producing illumination. Spot lights still work but not the interior. The issue did not start until I started mining with my small mining ship. The ship has interior lights and 1 spot light. After the bug started all the interior lights at my main base stopped producing illumination as well.
I am not using any launch arguments

Do not know what caused it but I also have no illumination from lights other than spotlights. As you can see there are lights but nothing is bouncing back as proper illumination beyond the light from the star in this system through the windows.
