New patch has made game unplayable. unable to Play. Game loads as usual but if i start new game or try to load saved game it crashes. didnt have this issue until this patch.

I had this problem when my AMD graphics drivers automatically updated to Adrenalin 26.8.1. some days ago. This patch was supposed to fix this. (It didn't for me)
If you have an AMD graphics card you might want to read the AMD bug report.
