Is the Pallatine Station in direct sunlight when you are trying to charge Batteries on your Ship? Pallatine and Caligo Stations have limited power production, having only Solar Panels and small Batteries, thus when not in sunlight, they do not have enough capacity to charge.

Palatine was indeed in the shadows. Still, would you be willing to share your gas if the fuel station was out of fuel?
I think this would call for a nice dialogue between the station manager and the person that has landed, with options to "help out" the station for a certain amount of electricity. Certainly not draining your ship dry in mere minutes without warning whatsoever.

That's a great idea with such a dialogue :) Please create a feature request for this on our Feedback section. As far as I know there are no plans currently on changing the Moon Stations and as such, I will close this thread as Not a Bug.

I have the same bug
I'm perfectly landed on the connector (lights are green on both connectors). The ship is turned on, though hydrogen engines are turned off.
The same landingprocedure at Vallation Station, with ship turned on and thrusters turned off, I get charged by the station.
