Sensor function even when disabled.

I found that the sensors work even when they are disabled. This is best demonstrated with my "FollowMe Cargo Drone" here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3780601791
If you turn off all the sensors, the drone will still keep following you around.

This is a known issue which is already reported and fixed in future Vertical Slice 4 (Please note that the VS4 will release before VS3).
