Do you mean that blocks necessary for completing Contracts are missing? Are you playing on a world created before the release of Vertical Slice 2.3?

I have submitted 5 tickets for the same issue.
Here is the issue. I hope its clear enough.
"I completed missions at Vallation Station. When I arrived at Palatine station the first mission wants me to build a gattling turret and a 2.5 cargo box. Those 2 items are not unlocked or are not in my building blocks. I cannot progress. I'm stuck, please help"
Essentially I cannot progress through the missions because its asking me to build things that I do not have the recipes / blueprints for. I cannot make a gattling turret because I do not have that recipe.
This happened almost a month ago and I have not played since that day because the quest in broken and I cannot progress any further.

Tim, the answer is very simple -- you should do previous contracts (on previous stations) where rewards are required blueprints.

Perhaps there is a Language Barrier.
I completed "ALL" of the missions in the Verdue System. I did the radar station mission and I turned it in at the contract terminal but did not get rewarded with those blueprints / recipes. I'm not sure that it would have let me go to the Kemik System without completing all of the missions in the first system. Doesnt fast travel to Kemik remained locked until you complete Verdue?

I’ll reopen one of my saves prior to leaving Verdue and see if I can figure how where Vallis Reach is.
