Vallis Reach blueprint contract can't be placed

The Vallis Reach blueprint for the blue miner can't be placed on the platform in the box because of the support pillar it tries to build off of the platform itself. We can't build anything off of existing structures if we didn't create it.
Have to remove a block on the platform and aim the support pillar into the rock so it'll let you build it
