Communication Station Upgrade - Halts block discovery

Hi there, dear Keen.
I'm on version 2.3.0.2798 alpha of the game.
After building the necessary parts inside the big cube-on-the-rock, I got a progression text that disappeared before I could read it. Afterwards, there was a much smaller cube indicator (0.5 m) present on the far side of the big rock with the text GPSActiveContract (in orange).
It is not clear how to proceed from there. Going to the smaller cube-indicator isn't doing anything.
I'm willing to help with further feedback if need-be. Please tell me how I can help you out tackling this bug.
Meanwhile, I've read some things about destroying other nearby beacons. I'll try that. It would be nice to be able to read-back a changed mission requirements (hint).

You can compress the Saved Game folder into either .zip or .rar and then attach it here.
Additionally, could you please provide a video recording of your issue?

Please find my save game attached. I'm at the rock that is the location where the beacon should be constructed.
