Vallis Station ping without doing anything?
Won't Fix
I was checkign quests on the space station and all of sudden i see a ping at 150km without a warning or anything. All i did was 3 or 4 quests from the station. I didnt read anything that'd make me think i've unlocked that station

Have you used Debug Menu at any point? Have you noticed anything out of ordinary before hand? Was this World started as a regular Survival or Quick Survival?
After loading the Saved Game you've provided I can see that the Sector Stage for Verdure Sector is Settled while at this point it should be Explored. This is why you can see Vallis Reach - it is unlocked at Settled Stage.
