Contract - "Station upgrade - Radio beacon" cannot be completed

I have build the station to specification and the moved to specified area to transfer its ownership.

In top left the contract showed as being completed, but GPS marker isnt removed and contract cannot actually be completed at contract terminal

Same bug here in v2.3.0.7298 Release Alpha. Save attached - go to the second area, it clears the objective but not the marker, and renders the mission seemingly impossible to complete.


Also, despite transferring ownership, the base can still be destroyed with the Grinder or have Power Modules removed. Lastly... 2kW solar installation for 90kW of antennae?

Tried again with a similar grid, the new attached save works. I ruled out my suspected cause (requirements no longer met due to building further, e.g. exceeding PCU limit or leaving unfinished blocks) and the grid is accepted regardless.. now I'm stumped. The one difference I see is, after transferring ownership in this save (NSG 29) the grid shows power INPUTTING to the batteries after transferring ownership, where the broken save (NSG 27) shows power OUTPUTTING from the batteries after transferring. I'm at a loss, but going to fill out a separate bug report for the other submission bug/exploit.

Also having issues. Go to the spot to transfer ownership, makes its little beep but does not advance the mission.
