Could you please provide your Saved Game on the Site here? Or clarify which Contract is affected?
You can find your Saves here (You can attach a Saved Game folder compressed to either .zip or .rar):
Starting the subscribed World does not take into account on-going Contracts.

I swear man.... people can't read anymore. Why would I do all that "manual" junk when what I said is the one of the primary reasons you can upload to the workshop to begin with? Hire me, I'd already have this fixed if I had your source code. In fact, one of your moderators was the one who said to upload it to the workshop. I don't even have the save anymore because I don't need to have it anymore. Use the workshop?

Have you tried abandoning and accepting the Contract again? It seems that the issue might be caused by faulty World Seed as I could not reproduce this on my end.
Please note that loading a World from the Steam Workshop acts as starting a New Game rather than loading a saved world. This means that the World Seed is changed. This is why I asked for your save specifically.
Uploading the World to Steam Workshop is valid way to provide a World however not in every instance.
