Hi,
Impossible to do this quest, i can't build into the area, it's a Safe Zone Protection.
Ps : i am into the green area where it's asked to build. I tried to cancel the mission and take it again and i tried to relaunch the game.
Does anyone had this problem ?

Could you please provide your affected Save? This is most probably caused by problems with world seed and is quite rare to occur.
