I could not reproduce this issue. Setting Stiffness to 0 did not cause the wheels to fall out of their sockets. Do you run any mods in your playthrough? Have you tried verifying Game files through Steam? Could you please provide a .zip / .rar file of you affected save here on the site?

hey bartosz,
i do not run any mods, this save file is one ive changed from survival, to creative and copied. it is probably worth noting that its a continuation from a previous campaign before vs2.3 so there is probably a lot of... junk within the file.
sorry for my slow reply, i have so many side projects within SE2 alone that somtimes they lose traction with my train of thought.
