Need More Information
Renegade base destroy the enemy fights and defences and hydrogen tanks completed that 3 times and still won't complete the Contract also another one I went to highlighted to where I had to go but when I got there there is just a large rock and nothing else

Could you please provide a video of your issue? I could not reproduce this on the latest Hotfix: 2.3.0.2798.

I had this same problem. What eventually worked for me was to re-set the contract and then grind, not shoot, the hydrogen tanks. I was already grinding the fighters (cockpit, container and battery. Not sure what's required there) and the gatling turret, but I found that shooting a hydrogen tank and having the explosion take out the other 3 will not complete the contract.
