Copy to/from clipboard for GPS waypoints does not work

Created a new waypoint for 'Barn' and selected 'copy to clipboard' on the GPS tab. Nothing was copied (clipboard remained with previous copy text). Took a prior waypoint (to find an old spot on Verdure from prior game) saved in a text file, copied it (verified it was copied) and it the add from clipboard does not do anything.
