Can not switch sector inspector on map

I am at Kemik and wanted to know the mineral resources available in the sector.
I have not visited the planet itself, I am going through the early Kemik missions.
When I check my map the Verdure Sector is selected.
I try to select the Kemik sector by clicking into to the sector area on the map.
Nothing happens, I can only see the information for Verdure.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!
I have discovered the Cryon Ring and the sector map is now allowing me to select the Kemik sector.
If I am in the Kemik sector the map should allow me to select the sector regardless of discovery.
It could say 'No data available' if nothing else.
