O2/H2 generator power problem

Hi, pretty simple to reproduce. An O2/H2 generator consumes full power even when not running (but powered on) as long as there is ice in its inventory.

All hydrogen tanks are full and no thrust is active. The 02/h2 generator automatically pulls ice out of cargo (~130 units) and if you remove the ice it just pulls more in. This is OK behavior, though it should only pull ice when it needs it. In any case, the issue is that as long as there is ice in the generator, it pulls full power. This is a bug. Thanks.

Verified this happens on both the small and large o2/h2

I always wonder what consumes current when everything is idling... This might be it!

Added a generator on a ship yesterday, and it was consuming 18% of power when idle, 18 went to 0 when I took it offline.

If you take the ice out it also goes to zero, even when it's not producing o2/h2 at all, having ice in it causes the power use to go to max.

Oh! I always full this as much as possible.. Hopefully it will be fixed sometime soon..

I would gladly welcome a hotfix for this and the interaction bug..

I was experimenting with this and I'm not sure it's still an issue. It may be fixed, but I'll keep an eye out.

Just verified I still see this, it's drawing 100% power even when empty. The interesting detail is that I'm docked at a station. When docked at a connector, the block (even empty) starts drawing 100% power. As soon as I disconnect from the connector it drops to zero power draw. Reconnecting it goes back to 100%

This may be related to the power draw while docked on the atmospheric thrusters I reported, part of the logic that decides what blocks turn on/off when docked at a connector?

This is intermittent but I saw it again today.
