Missing ships
Not a Bug
When I logged in to play my saved game, all the ai ships I had captured are gone, even the Prospector ship I use constantly until I can build my own, is this a bug or a natural occurance.

This is expected behavior. Currently, there is no way to change the ownership of a Grid other than using the Debug Menu and the NPC ships, for example ships from Contracts are subject to trash removal in order to keep satisfactory performance. For now, I don't know of any plans to implement a specific ownership change mechanic, however, as we are still early in development, everything is subject to change.
As such, I will close this thread as Not a Bug.
