Sledge hydrogen thrusters not displaying flames

As the title says, when I'm flying the Sledge, there are no flames coming from the thrusters, but they *were* appearing for the large hydrogen thruster in the FTUE conveyor facility

Encountered same bug on the sledge. No thrusters display flame. No mods. Happened sometime after docking to a connector and using the disconnect connecter instead of unparking. (May be unrelated) Attempted exiting and reentering ship, Reloading save, exiting to the main menu and reloading save, turning off all thrusters and reenabling them, attempted turning off ship power and turning it back on again. I verified integrity of game files prior to the play sesion, issues was fixed after fully exiting the game and re verifying integrity of game files.
