Fast Travel requires exit to menu and restart each time

To Fast Travel from one station to another requires me to exit to menu and then reload my save. After one Fast Travel, I have to again exit to menu and restart to Fast Travel again. Note that I cannot just Load my save to get Fast Travel to work....I have to first exit to menu and then load my save. Otherwise the Fast Travel option is grayed out, and some of the stations won't appear on the map (For example, if I am at Vallation Station, Fast Travel is grayed out and Oblivara Station doesn't show on the map, but Kemik Station does, until I exit to menu and restart, then everything will show correctly on the map until I Fast Travel once, and then the same issues occur.

There is a similar bug, but you need to exit the cockpit and re-enter it to fast travel.

I exited cockpit, re-entered cockpit
I exited safe zone, re-entered safe zone.
I quit game, reloaded, none of these work.
I am 100% stuck in Verdure, despite previously travelling to Kemik already, I cannot now do this.
This is impacting mining of Magnesium (plus all the other ores such as Platinum/Titanium), necessary for the contract that requires making weapons and ammo (Mg is mandatory) only found in Kemik.
