Quick Connect with Domain does not work when domain has a changing ip address

I run a SE server for some friends and its impossible to get a static ip because im not a business and while everyone can connect to the server just fine the quick connect to the last played game doesn't work. I presume this is because the game saves the ip rather than the domain.
