I'm not sure why these don't post "populated". I'm not sure what happened.

I found an "Unknown signal" It had 2 hydrogen tanks that appeared to be full. I would have harvested the hydrogen but I am disallowed the option to place the block (a connector) on the grids that I welded back up. If I can add a connector, I can harvest. See attached file. In the corner it says "not allowed".

this is tertiary to the issue where I put a landing gear on my ship, connected it to the tanks and tried to fly them anywhere and the grid started swinging like a pendulum. Granted the small grid I was using was pretty small, but it should have at least been a bit of a tug boat, but it was swinging so aggressively I couldn't get it near my ship. I imagine it's an issue with gyro function which has always been a little odd in SE2

multi-grid phsyics will no doubt get more focus later on i development, but for now, i think the two grid masses "fighting" eachother is perfectly acceptable. also when i encountered that issue it helped to ONLY move in a straight line. trying to make any small adjustment to direction cause the pendulum effect.

as for the disallowed to build ontop of an existing grid. AGAIN, hopefully in the not too distant future, we will get the ability to hack grids and take them over (claiming the added pcu to add to our own) its just that right now its not as important a focus as other aspects of development.

Hello Dirk,

This is expected behavior. NPC grids do not allow adding new blocks and there is no option to change the ownership beside using the Debug Menu currently. We are planning to change this in future, there is no ETA for this however.

As for the multi-grid physics, we are working on a system to make movement with Grids connected either by Connectors or Landing Gear smooth, however, I don't have any ETA for it currently.

As described above, I will close this thread as Not a Bug.
