Drilling resources - inventory full when not full

drilling a resource - iron for example will start filling cargo then inventory full and spit out the floating rocks. the inventory is not full and still has a lot of space. - the inventory measurement seems to be off too. the entire ship full shows 36% full.
I've tried restarting, the inventory full message persists as I mine, I was gathering more iron then the ship would before spitting it out as rocks floating [Inventory full]
Found another bug reporting the same thing. please ignore
