[Minor] Floating Unweldable Projection

There is a random floating projection in my creative world that I cannot seem to interact with in any way, through welding, deleting it or anything else.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!
The projection disappeared when I restarted my game, so this is a very minor issue, not really problematic at all, I just thought I should report it.
